What you type into the form on the booking page: a name, a phone number, a town or ZIP, and a description of the problem. If you call, we have your number because you dialled it.

Call you back about the door and arrange the visit. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to an advertising list.

To keep a script from flooding the booking form, we count submissions against a one-way hash of your network address for twenty minutes and then discard it. The address itself is never written down, and the hash is not linked to your name, your number or anything else you sent.

None for advertising. The site sets no tracking cookie. The one script on the site counts taps on the phone number so we know which pages produce calls; it records the page path and nothing about you.
